The Last Migration
No rail, no city. Lay the copper track first — every mine, forge and market must sit on the line.
The Last Migration is a single-player hex city builder set on a snowbound Victorian frontier. You extend rail outward from a lone Depot, and only tiles connected to your network can be built on. Raise mines on ore veins, forges to smelt ore into goods, markets to sell goods for coin, and housing to grow the people who speed up every industry. Each season a train runs your line and the supply chain turns. The pull is always the same: spend now on a short, safe spur, or stretch the budget toward the richer ore veins waiting at the frozen edges of the map.
Features
- Rail-first building — no district can exist without track to reach it
- A mine to forge to market supply chain you assemble tile by tile
- Fog-of-war frontier: each new sector stays dark until rail scouts it
- Connected lines with diverse industries earn a growing Output bonus
- Procedural terrain and a chiptune score — every run is a fresh frontier
For anyone who loves the spatial logic of Mini Metro and the slow, satisfying click of a supply chain falling into place. Playable in English and Ukrainian.
